Heyward Road Surgery

The current partnership at Heyward Road Surgery is Drs Ross and Wilson.  Dr Sally Ross joined the Practice in 2006, followed by Dr Penelope Wilson in 2008. 

We are a small, friendly teaching practice and pride ourselves on the quality of care that we provide to our patients. Registrars are attached to our practice for 12 months and usually become general practitioner partners after completing their training. Already fully qualified and with a great deal of hospital experience, they are at all times encouraged to seek advice when required from the practice partners.

Surgery Development

The Practice is now working with local Developers and has been given an exciting opportunity to develop a brand new purpose-built surgery immediately next door to the current location.  This will provide new and up-to-date facilities for all of the Practice patients!  Please keep in touch with the progress of the development on the 'Surgery Development' page.

Surgery Access

The surgery is accessed via a ramp and all consulting and treatment rooms are on the ground floor. There is a disabled WC on ground floor level within the waiting room. If you require any help with entry or exit from the building please bring this to the attention of the reception staff, who will be happy to assist.
